En Coforge estamos buscando QA Experto / QA Senior (#21462) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
• Liderar equipos QA y brindar mentoría técnica.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de testing alineadas a estándares de calidad.
• Definir planes de prueba, matrices, métricas y KPIs de calidad.
• Supervisar ejecución de pruebas funcionales, integración, E2E, regresión, exploratorias y performance.
• Impulsar prácticas como Shift Left Testing, TDD/BDD y testing basado en riesgos.
• Gestionar defectos y reportes en herramientas de testing.
• Promover automatización de pruebas en web, mobile y APIs.
• Validar integraciones entre sistemas, microservicios y datos (SQL).
• Asegurar la calidad en aplicaciones web, móviles y entornos ERP (SAP, Odoo).
• Coordinar con stakeholders, squads y QA Leads para asegurar cumplimiento de estándares.
Requisitos indispensables
• Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
• +6 años de experiencia en QA y testing de software.
• Experiencia liderando equipos QA.
• Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y tradicionales (cascada).
• Experiencia en testing de frontend, backend, APIs y microservicios.
• Manejo de herramientas como Postman, Azure DevOps, GitHub y Azure Test Plans.
• Experiencia en automatización de pruebas.
• Conocimiento en SQL para validación de datos.
• Experiencia en integración continua y prácticas DevOps.
• Inglés nivel A1.
Requisitos deseables
• Certificación ISTQB (Foundation o Advanced).
• Certificación Scrum.
• Experiencia en sistemas ERP (SAP, Odoo).
• Conocimiento en SAP R/3 o S/4HANA.
• Conocimiento en modelo TMMI.
• Experiencia con herramientas como Panaya.
