We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of digital marketing deliverables and AI-powered applications. This role will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance across production outputs, including HTML emails, digital banners, websites, and AI-generated output. The ideal candidate combines traditional QA expertise with an understanding of AI validation, accessibility standards, and automated testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Digital Asset Quality Assurance

• Own quality sign-off for production-ready deliverables, ensuring outputs meet functional, visual, brand, and compliance standards.
• Test HTML email campaigns across major email clients, browsers, and devices to ensure consistent rendering and user experience.
• Validate digital banners for correct rendering, functionality, click-through behavior, and tracking implementation.
• Review websites and landing page components for responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility compliance.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using established bug management processes.

AI Application Validation

• Develop and execute test cases for AI-powered applications and other rapid development frameworks.
• Validate Large Language Model (LLM) outputs against brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and business rules.
• Perform structured testing of AI workflows, prompts, and generated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Verify API responses, JSON outputs, and integrations supporting AI applications.

Regression & Release Testing

• Plan and execute regression testing cycles as applications, AI models, prompts, and tools are updated.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, strategists, and creative teams to ensure defects are resolved before release.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Production QA.
• Experience testing web applications, marketing technology platforms, or digital marketing assets.
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Accessibility testing and WCAG compliance validation.
• Test case creation, execution, and documentation.
• Defect tracking and management using Workfront, Jira, Linear, or similar tools.
• API and JSON response validation.
• Regression testing methodologies.
• Basic automation testing experience using Selenium or Playwright.

Preferred Skills

• Experience validating AI-generated content and LLM outputs.
• Understanding of prompt-based applications and AI workflow testing.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs against brand, compliance, and quality standards.
