Key Responsibilities Support the people we serve in pursuing the behavioral and developmental objectives detailed in their individual consumer plans. Document daily progress, observations, and program data clearly, accurately, and on time. Follow each consumer's plan precisely while encouraging growth, independence, and well-being. Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging atmosphere during weekend and evening shifts. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Solid reading and writing skills, with the ability to record program information correctly. A valid, unrestricted New York State Driver's License. Willingness to earn and keep required certifications offered through our internal training, including SCIP-R, AMAP, First Aid, and CPR. A creative, motivated, and enthusiastic approach to caregiving.
