About the Role

As a Property Transaction & Closing Specialist at EquipmentShare, you will own the end-to-end real estate transaction process, ensuring every deal closes accurately, on schedule, and in full compliance with applicable regulations. This is an in-office position based in Columbia, MO, embedded within a fast-growing organization expanding its footprint across the country.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all phases of property transactions from executed contract through final closing, coordinating among internal stakeholders, title companies, lenders, and legal counsel
  • Review purchase and sale agreements, title commitments, surveys, and closing disclosures for accuracy and completeness
  • Track critical dates, contingency deadlines, and due-diligence milestones to keep transactions on schedule

  • Strong working knowledge of purchase agreements, title documents, deed instruments, and closing statements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the organizational discipline to manage multiple transactions simultaneously without letting deadlines slip
  • Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal — comfortable working with attorneys, brokers, lenders, and executives
  • Proficiency with transaction management software and standard office productivity tools
  • Ability to identify problems early and drive them to resolution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
