Property Manager

Property Management, a well-established company serving the Chicago area, is hiring a full-time Property Manager for our apartment community in Westmont, DuPage County.

The Opportunity

You'll lead leasing operations and implement marketing strategies at our residential property, working directly with prospects and managing key initiatives that drive occupancy and community success. This role combines operational management with strategic leasing responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing and leasing strategies to fill vacancies and maintain strong occupancy
• Show units and conduct property tours with prospective tenants
• Track and qualify leasing leads throughout the entire application and move-in process
• Evaluate market conditions and recommend strategic approaches to strengthen portfolio performance
• Manage community operations to maintain property quality and resident satisfaction
• Ensure all lease agreements and property operations comply with applicable regulations

• Background in managing apartment communities or residential properties
• Demonstrated success with leasing, marketing, and occupancy management
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
