Power Design
Power Design is hiring a full-time Project Manager to lead operations from our Palmetto, Florida office, managing projects across the United States. In this role, you'll own project success from planning through execution, collaborating with teams to deliver quality results, maintain safety standards, and build lasting client relationships.
About the Role
As Project Manager at Power Design, you're the central point of accountability for project success nationwide. You'll coordinate with our project teams and support staff, ensuring every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule and budget, and exceeds our high standards for quality and safety. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on team leadership.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute projects from start to finish across multiple states
- Lead and coordinate with project teams and internal departments to meet schedules and objectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for efficiency and profitability
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout all project phases
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities
- Identify and address project challenges before they impact delivery
- Track and communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Proven project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to build and lead diverse teams across multiple locations
- High school diploma or GED; degree in project management, business, or related field a plus
