WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery of medium to large customer projects for our client. This role is responsible for driving end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring delivery quality, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of project management experience in a comparable industry, with the ability to manage complex, multi‑technology projects and mentor junior team members. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership to project teams and ensure accountability for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Perform overall project‑level planning and lead execution across all phases
  • Align project vision, strategy, and business objectives with client expectations
  • Track project metrics, manage financials, and ensure project profitability
  • Identify opportunities for additional business and contribute to presales and renewal evaluations
  • Identify project risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation and response strategies
  • Lead the execution of contract Change Management processes
  • Manage partner delivery and commercial arrangements when third‑party technical resources are engaged
  • Contribute to the broader project management community by sharing lessons learned and best practices

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • College/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of project management experience in a comparable industry; experience in IT/Telco environments is beneficial
  • Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to manage financials, track metrics, and maintain delivery quality
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior project managers is advantageous
  • Implement project structure, governance, and processes to enable successful delivery for our client
  • Ensure scope management and Change Management controls remain in place throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide clear and consistent status reporting to key stakeholders
  • Oversee risk, issue, and communications management activities
  • Mentor junior members of the Project Management team

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Experience with structured project management methodologies is beneficial
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
