Implementation Manager

Humaans is hiring a full-time Implementation Manager in London, UK, UK to lead new customers through every stage of getting set up on our AI-powered people platform. About the Role

As an Implementation Manager at Humaans, you'll take ownership of the customer journey from the moment a contract is signed through to a successful go-live. Working across both our core HRIS and our agentic AI layer, Athena, you'll make sure every organisation launches ready to operate from day one. You'll treat AI as a core part of your toolkit — using it to work quicker, catch issues sooner, and apply lessons learned to each project that follows.

Key Responsibilities

• Run implementation projects end to end across the HRIS and Athena platforms — scoping needs, planning timelines, and delivering on schedule.
• Lead data migration for large, global organisations, applying AI-assisted tooling to clean, validate, and flag anomalies at scale.
• Configure Humaans to reflect each customer's structure, policies, and workflows so the solution genuinely fits.
• Guide Athena onboarding alongside HRIS setup, shaping AI agents to each org and helping customers define use cases that actually run.
• Find new ways to automate the implementation process itself, shortening time-to-value for every future customer.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, then hand over cleanly to Customer Success.
• Help customers make the most of integrations, APIs, and webhooks, and feed real-world insights back to Product and Engineering.
• Help build and sharpen implementation playbooks and processes as the function grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation or onboarding experience in SaaS, ideally with complex data and enterprise accounts.
• A detail-first mindset — accuracy in migration, configuration, and delivery is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrable use of AI to change how implementation work gets done, with clear results to point to.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams and stakeholders, delivered on time and in scope.
• Technical confidence with integrations, APIs, and webhooks, plus the ability to explain them clearly.
• Fluency with Google Sheets, Excel, and tools like Asana, and a knack for picking up new ones quickly.
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
