Project Coordinator

About the Role

As Project Coordinator at Sargent Electric, you'll be essential to keeping our projects running smoothly and on schedule. You'll work closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure seamless coordination from start to finish. This role combines administrative expertise with hands-on project oversight, making you a key bridge between the office and the job site.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and critical milestones to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
• Schedule meetings, manage project communications, and distribute updates to stakeholders
• Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers to support project execution
• Prepare and maintain project reports and status summaries
• Support the project management team with administrative and operational tasks
• Help ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in project coordination, construction administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
