As a Project Coordinator at Osedea, you help create the structure and consistency that allows projects to run smoothly. You support our delivery team by keeping plans up to date, coordinating information, following up on next steps, and helping teams stay organized and aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail, collaboration, and bringing order to fast-moving environments. You are proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented. You like making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and you take pride in helping others do their best work.
You will work closely with Project Delivery Directors and multidisciplinary teams to support project execution across design, development, QA, and client communication.
