About the Role
We are seeking a mid‑level Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across technology teams focused on data, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent sprint execution, delivery transparency, and risk management.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on Scrum experience, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, regulated environment with globally distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Support Agile teams in delivering committed sprint objectives with predictability and quality
- Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria
- Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams
- Track and report Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput)
- Provide clear delivery status updates and escalate risks as needed
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role
- Experience supporting technology delivery teams (software, data, automation, or AI)
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks
- Experience with Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments
- Experience supporting globally distributed or offshore teams
- Exposure to automation platforms (e.g., UiPath) or AI‑related initiatives
