About the Role
As a Program Facilitator – Psych Ed at CoreCivic, you will be part of a mental health team dedicated to providing exceptional, standard-setting care to the individuals in our facilities. This on-site position in Eloy pays $21.04 per hour and is ideal for someone passionate about guiding offenders through structured psychological education programs that foster lasting personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate psychological education sessions for the individuals in our care.
- Support the delivery of high-quality mental health programming within an institutional environment.

- Work collaboratively with the broader mental health team to promote rehabilitation and positive outcomes.
- Perform all essential functions of the role consistently and professionally.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of mental health care.
- Ability to perform every essential function required of a Program Facilitator – Psych Ed.
- Comfort working in a correctional or institutional setting in Eloy.
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills suited to psychological education programming.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule (this is not a remote position).
