Your expertise will directly influence how agencies transform their safety and justice operations through technology adoption. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Partner with technology decision-makers and program managers on both sides of the sale to ensure smooth product implementation and organizational adoption Lead pre-sale engagement activities including product demonstrations, proposal development, evaluation support, and implementation planning Plan and coordinate post-sale implementation programs for Evidence.com, body-worn cameras, artificial intelligence solutions, and associated service packages Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate organizational requirements and implementation readiness Configure, test, and validate hardware and software systems to meet operational specifications Deliver customized training programs to law enforcement personnel and other stakeholders to build competency and support adoption Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to address implementation challenges, document customer needs, and improve offerings Develop comprehensive agency-wide deployment strategies that align with each organization's structure and operational workflow Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge and experience Demonstrated success implementing or leading body-camera program deployments Proven track record in training delivery, project management, and resource management Background in SaaS sales or technical support environments Hands-on experience with digital video technology, hardware systems, testing methodologies, and software deployment Knowledge of law enforcement or military equipment and procurement processes Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% domestically) to customer locations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Self-directed work style with capability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision Collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional team initiatives…
