About the Role
This is a full-time 12-hour overnight production position in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll work with a dedicated night shift team, operating production equipment and managing workflows that keep our Glen Dale operation running smoothly. Stability, safety, and skill development are core to how we support our production workforce.
What You'll Do
- Perform manufacturing tasks according to established work procedures and quality standards
- Operate production equipment safely and maintain accountability for equipment condition
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or machine issues
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe material handling practices at your workstation
- Meet daily production targets while collaborating with night shift team members
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture
- Support process improvements by identifying efficiency and safety opportunities
