About the Role

The Production - Wash Aisle Operator is a full-time, non-exempt position based at the Alsco Uniforms facility in Commerce City, Adams County. This role pays $20.29 per hour and follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday work required following a holiday week. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and tend industrial washing equipment along the wash aisle to process uniforms, linens, and related textile products.
• Load and unload machines efficiently while maintaining a steady flow of work across the production line.
• Monitor cycles, water levels, and equipment performance to ensure consistent cleaning quality.
• Sort, separate, and stage materials according to established production procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines, sanitation standards, and quality requirements throughout each shift.
• Support teammates to help meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion, for the duration of a shift.
• Comfort working in a warm, humid production environment around industrial laundry machinery.
• Reliability and a willingness to work the scheduled Monday–Friday hours, plus Saturdays after a holiday week.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a busy team.
