About the Role

This is a full-time, second-shift Production Technician position based at our surfacing lab operations in Pompano Beach, Broward County. As part of our manufacturing team, you'll contribute hands-on to the production of high-quality ophthalmic lenses that reach customers in more than 150 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor lens surfacing and manufacturing equipment during the 2nd shift.
• Follow established production procedures to maintain consistent quality and output.
• Inspect work in progress and finished lenses to ensure they meet specifications.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and supervisors to meet daily manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Availability to work the 2nd shift on a full-time basis in Pompano Beach, Broward County.
• Comfort operating manufacturing or production equipment in a hands-on lab environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team.
• Reliability, focus, and willingness to follow safety and process guidelines.
