Production Technician Lvl II – Semiconductor

As a Production Technician Lvl II at MSR-FSR, you'll execute specialized manufacturing and quality control workflows that demand attention to detail and adherence to rigorous technical standards. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on craftsmanship and process discipline, supporting customers who depend on us for precision semiconductor and high-tech assembly work.

What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming parts and assemblies against customer specifications and quality standards
• Disassemble, clean, and refurbish components using approved techniques and materials
• Reassemble parts and subassemblies to engineering drawings and work instructions
• Conduct functional and dimensional testing using calibrated tools and equipment
• Prepare finished components for shipment, including packaging and labeling per customer requirements
• Document all work activities, test results, and any discrepancies in manufacturing records
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment consistent with cleanroom or controlled-environment standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or prior semiconductor/precision manufacturing experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow complex written procedures and technical drawings
• Commitment to completing required job training and maintaining current certifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a quality-focused environment
• Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow company and customer procedures
• Basic hand and precision tool proficiency
