About the Role

As a Production Technician at Cargill's Weston operation, you'll play a hands-on role in our daily production activities. You'll operate specialized machinery, monitor equipment performance, and help ensure our facility runs safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and manufacturer specifications
• Monitor equipment and process performance throughout shifts, identifying and reporting issues promptly
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running smoothly
• Document production data, equipment status, and any irregularities in production logs
• Maintain safety protocols and keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production targets
• Support problem-solving efforts when equipment malfunctions occur

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate machinery and quickly master new equipment and systems
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and workplace safety
• Reliability and flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude or prior equipment operation experience preferred
