The Opportunity

Rapid Recruit is actively recruiting Machine/Production Operatives to join a client's team in Barnoldwick. This full-time position involves supporting machine operators in ensuring efficient production processes while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, rotating between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm each week. The hourly wage is £14.17.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the setup of production equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Monitoring machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
• Performing routine maintenance tasks as required
• Collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

What We're Looking For

We seek candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Experience in production or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.

• Able to work rotating shifts including early mornings and late evenings
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and quality control measures
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
