About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to direct manufacturing activities at our Weston facility. You'll manage production workflows, maintain quality standards, and drive operational efficiency while leading a dedicated team.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily production operations, including equipment management and production line coordination
- Monitor production output, efficiency metrics, and quality performance
- Manage production scheduling and coordinate material flow with supply chain partners
- Supervise and develop production team members, fostering accountability and growth
- Enforce safety protocols, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational challenges
- Collaborate with quality, packaging, and distribution departments on integrated operations
- Track key performance indicators and present recommendations for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of production management or supervisory experience in food or manufacturing
- Expertise in production planning, process optimization, and lean manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams in a safety-focused environment
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
