Product Marketing Lead

Qualified Health PBC is hiring a Product Marketing Lead to join our team in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County, and help shape how the world understands safe, governed Generative AI for healthcare.

About the Role

As Product Marketing Lead at Qualified Health PBC, you will own the story behind our healthcare AI infrastructure and translate complex capabilities — safe AI governance, healthcare-specific agent creation, and real-time algorithm monitoring — into clear, compelling positioning for health systems and clinical decision-makers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Palo Alto, ideal for a marketer who wants to build a category rather than maintain one.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our Generative AI platform serving leading health systems.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new features such as AI guardrails, agent creation tools, and algorithm monitoring.
• Create sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, and competitive narratives tailored to healthcare buyers.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and clinical teams to align launches with market needs.
• Gather customer and market insight to guide roadmap priorities and sharpen differentiation.

Qualifications

• Proven product marketing experience, ideally within healthcare technology, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible messaging for both clinical and executive audiences.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment building something new.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County.
