About the Role
As a Produce Prep Team Member, you'll be the backbone of our produce department—ensuring every item that reaches our customers meets our high standards for freshness and presentation. You'll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share a passion for quality food and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Wash, trim, and prepare fresh vegetables and fruits for display and sale
- Inspect produce for quality and remove any damaged items
- Arrange and maintain attractive, well-organized produce displays throughout the department
- Rotate stock following proper inventory management and food safety practices
- Adhere to all health codes and food safety regulations
- Assist customers with selection and preparation questions
- Keep work areas clean and organized at all times
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
