Position Summary As a Process and Product Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing manufacturing processes while contributing to product development initiatives. This role bridges engineering discipline with operational execution, requiring technical expertise in process analysis, problem-solving, and collaborative cross-functional engagement. You will work directly with production teams, quality assurance, and engineering colleagues to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure products meet performance and quality standards.
