About the Role
As a Probate & Estate Paralegal in Denver, you'll become an integral member of an established firm known for its collaborative culture and welcoming atmosphere. You'll help drive the firm's estate planning and probate work forward while building lasting relationships with attorneys, clients, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with probate administration and estate planning matters from intake through completion
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, court filings, and case files
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties to keep cases moving smoothly
- Track deadlines, manage case timelines, and support day-to-day workflow across the team
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep the firm running efficiently
Qualifications
- Prior paralegal experience, ideally within estate planning, probate, or trust administration
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A team-first mindset and willingness to take on tasks of all sizes
- Comfort working on-site in downtown Denver, Colorado
