Remote Online Mental Health Therapist Teletherapist (LCSW, LPC, or LCP)

MySpectrum is hiring a Remote Online Mental Health Therapist (Teletherapist) — a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LCP ready to deliver meaningful virtual care while we manage everything that gets in the way of great clinical work. This is a part-time teletherapy opportunity serving clients across Virginia and beyond.

About the Role

As a Teletherapist with MySpectrum, you'll provide counseling to children, families, and adults through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform integrated with an electronic health record. Sessions run in standard 45–60 minute blocks, and part-time clinicians commit to a minimum of seven sessions per week, with room to grow your caseload over time. You stay focused on therapy; we take care of credentialing, insurance billing, scheduling, marketing, and the business side of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy in 45–60 minute sessions across the Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life Spectrums
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Engage and build rapport with clients in a fully remote setting
• Share ideas on strategies, techniques, and services that expand client reach
• Contribute as a collaborative member of the growing MySpectrum team

Qualifications

• Active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, with eligibility for credentialing on major insurance panels (multi-state clinicians encouraged to apply)
• Experience supporting diverse client populations
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-secure space for consistent sessions
• Comfort and flexibility working remotely via telehealth
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to building a lasting caseload

Therapists can set their own hours, work from home or their own office, and live anywhere in Virginia. Compensation follows a 60/40 split paid bi-weekly on sessions conducted; health, dental, and vision insurance is available for those averaging 30+ billable sessions weekly, along with retirement matching up to 3%. A home office in North Chesterfield, VA offers in-person support when you want it.
