About the Role

As a senior leader in DTCC’s program management office, you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of multiple high‑visibility projects. You will translate corporate objectives into detailed plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks while fostering collaboration across global teams.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive program charters, schedules, and budgets aligned with DTCC’s strategic goals.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, product, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Implement agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate, maintaining transparent reporting to executive sponsors.
• Identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues promptly to keep initiatives on track.
• Conduct regular status reviews, prepare performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement processes.
• Mentor junior program managers and promote best‑practice standards across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large‑scale programs in financial services, technology, or related industries.
• Strong background in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a comparable field; advanced degree or PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
