Position Summary

As Business Analyst at Blockchain.com you will provide critical analytical and product support for priority offerings, market spaces, and user categories across the Consumer function. Focus areas encompass business results measurement, expansion identification, customer understanding, product advancement, and process improvement. Close collaboration occurs with Business Leads, Product, Engineering, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams for opportunity detection, priority shaping, case building, progress tracking, and launch assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid strategy formulation, product sequencing, and financial outcomes for major Consumer segments.
• Assess results involving users, activity levels, earnings, margins, client loyalty, trade volumes, funnel rates, and full P&L views.
• Partner with Business Leads and Product Managers spotting product potential, outlining challenges, and backing priority decisions.
• Convert targets, user knowledge, and quantitative findings into defined product proposals.
• Develop performance dashboards, reports, and reviews helping diagnose conditions and reveal options.
• Contribute cases for novel products, capabilities, regions, or propositions detailing market potential, demand, financials, ops elements, and risks.
• Cooperate with Product and Engineering clarifying specifications, balancing alternatives, and supporting customer feature releases.
• Coordinate launch support gathering from Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Growth, Compliance, Operations, and Regional parties.
• Analyze pricing, profitability factors, and risk setups with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Compliance.
• Survey competitors, usage patterns, and market evolution spotting differentiation and share gains.
• Foster regular cycles covering metric follow-up, experiments, go-lives, product assessments, and business evaluations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Track record spanning business analysis, product analytics, product operations, strategy work, growth activities, fintech, crypto domains, payments, consulting, or consumer technology environments.
• Advanced analytical strengths plus readiness employing data, modeling, funnels, unit economics, pricing tactics, conversion tracking, retention stats, and profitability measures.
• Talent reshaping information, customer perspectives, and operational difficulties into lucid product guidance.
• Good judgment on products joined by zest for creating offerings that customers use.
• Readiness collaborating tightly with Product and Engineering including requirements wording, opportunity sorting, and execution help.
• Effective verbal and written skills presenting discoveries to varied functional audiences.
• Adaptability within dynamic, undefined conditions.
• Deep personal ownership, meticulousness, and capacity handling strategic insight plus practical product tasks.
