About the Role

As the Preschool Lead Teacher at our North Metro, Gwinnett County location, you'll design and deliver thoughtful, age-appropriate curriculum while creating a supportive, intentional classroom culture. You'll work directly with the Director and Education Director to ensure every child receives quality instruction and care aligned with our educational philosophy and developmental standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute engaging daily curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
• Model and reinforce positive behavioral guidance using evidence-based, conscious discipline practices
• Manage all aspects of student care, including personal hygiene routines, meal support, and safe transitions
• Facilitate hands-on learning activities, outdoor play, and structured learning time
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports exploration and development
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's progress and classroom experiences
• Collaborate with education leadership and support staff to ensure consistent, quality programming

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for working with young children (ages 2–4 preferred, depending on classroom assignment)
• Ability to plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
• Commitment to positive, intentional classroom management and child guidance
• Strong communication skills with families and colleagues
