Core Duties

• Process and post incoming premium payments and related financial entries with care and speed
• Reconcile premium accounts, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Prepare routine premium accounting reports, schedules, and supporting documentation
• Update general ledgers and maintain organized files for audit readiness and month-end activities
• Respond to internal and external inquiries about premium status, billing, and account balances
