About the Role

The Pre-Flight Graphics Associate plays a critical role in Quest Events' AV-Drop graphics support workflow. You'll manage the technical review and quality assurance process for design files, ensuring they're optimized, print-ready, and fully aligned with client specifications and production requirements. This position demands both deep technical knowledge of file formats and design standards, and the interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with clients, designers, and production teams.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight reviews of graphic design files for print-readiness and technical compliance
• Verify color profiles, resolution, file formats, and bleed specifications to prevent production delays
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify design intentions, and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with graphic designers and production teams to ensure files meet all AV and print specifications
• Maintain detailed documentation of file reviews, revisions, and approvals
• Identify and escalate potential production risks or technical errors before they reach the printing phase
• Support the broader graphics workflow to maintain consistent quality and client satisfaction
