About the Role
As Practitioner in Residence, you'll bridge the gap between the classroom and professional performance. This position offers you the opportunity to shape the next generation of musical theatre artists and actors by sharing your direct experience and creative vision with dedicated students at one of the nation's leading arts colleges.
What You'll Bring
You'll hold one of the following qualifications:
- An MFA, Doctorate, or other terminal degree in performing arts—theatre, acting, directing, or a related discipline—OR
- A post-secondary degree combined with significant professional experience at the highest level of theatre and musical theatre performance
We particularly value candidates with:
- Demonstrated professional experience in theatre, acting, or musical theatre
- Experience teaching or mentoring students in higher education
- A passion for developing emerging artists through rigorous, practical instruction
