Power Platform Lead

System One is seeking a Power Platform Lead in Highland Park, Dallas for a full-time role leading the design and development of enterprise applications on the Microsoft Power Platform.

About the Role

As Power Platform Lead at System One, you'll direct the strategy and execution of business applications built on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You'll work directly with stakeholders to architect solutions that enhance business operations and drive organizational productivity. This position requires you to work on-site in Dallas five days per week.

What You'll Do

• Design and build enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Lead a small team of developers and technical specialists
• Train team members and stakeholders on Power Platform technologies and best practices
• Architect and oversee development of business applications using modern technologies
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Guide technical direction and standards for Power Platform projects

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience developing solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Proven track record leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers
• Strong background in business process automation and application architecture
• Experience training and supporting users on enterprise software platforms
• Ability to work effectively with diverse business and technical stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Power Platform advancements
