Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and mentor a technical team of engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning Own the technical design, analysis, and implementation of power systems and related infrastructure projects Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and safety protocols across all initiatives Coordinate with cross-functional partners—operations, compliance, procurement—to deliver integrated solutions Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve system efficiency and reliability Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure delivery and quality Manage vendor relationships, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication Who We're Looking For 5+ years of power engineering or electrical systems experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or management role Deep knowledge of power generation, distribution, or transmission systems, or equivalent power-related infrastructure Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, load analysis, system optimization, and regulatory compliance Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor technical staff, and foster high-performance collaboration Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Experience with project management, budgeting, and strategic technical planning Professional engineering licensure (PE) or equivalent credential preferred Working at Dlb-associates We build thoughtfully.
