About This Position MG Properties is hiring a Porter for Somerfield at Lakeside Apartments in Elk Grove, California. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of all exterior grounds and common areas at this residential community. This is a full-time role offering $20–$22 per hour (based on experience), plus monthly bonuses and company profit-sharing. You'll also receive paid time off (10 days annually plus 10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days), 40 hours of paid sick time each year, a 401(k) plan with employer match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, an employee assistance program, life insurance, flexible and dependent care spending accounts, and rental discounts.
