Political Compliance Manager

Aristotle seeks a Political Compliance Manager to join our team in Hillcrest Heights, Prince George's County. As a leading political technology and data platform, we empower campaigns, elected officials, government organizations, nonprofits, and advocacy groups with the tools they need to operate responsibly and effectively. We're looking for a detail-oriented compliance professional to help our clients navigate the complex landscape of political regulations.

About the Role

This full-time position focuses on ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local political advertising and campaign finance regulations. You'll work directly with clients across the political and nonprofit sectors to implement best practices, maintain accurate records, and adapt to evolving legal requirements.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on compliance requirements under FEC regulations, state campaign finance laws, and local political ordinances
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks tailored to each client's operations and political structure
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate implications to stakeholders
• Conduct compliance audits and prepare documentation for reviews and filings
• Support clients in establishing internal controls and reporting procedures
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and client success teams to address compliance risks
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and regulatory trends

What We're Looking For

• Solid understanding of federal and state political compliance laws and regulations
• Experience in campaign finance, political advertising, or government relations compliance
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
• Proficiency with documentation and database management systems
• Bachelor's degree in law, political science, business, or related field preferred
