Responsibilities

• Arrange guest outreach, booking, travel coordination, and session logistics
• Direct live recording sessions including camera framing, lighting, and multi-source audio capture
• Edit raw footage into refined episodes using professional video and audio tools
• Select graphics, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance viewer experience
• Synchronize schedules across hosts, technicians, and post-production stages
• Run quality checks to confirm visual clarity, audio balance, and brand consistency before release
• Archive assets and document workflows for smooth handoff at the end of the short-term engagement

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on background producing video content, with prior podcast or episodic work preferred
