As a Plaster Estimator based in Corona, Riverside County, you will join an established and rapidly expanding commercial plaster contractor. This on-site, full-time position places you at the center of project pricing and planning, working alongside a respected team that values experienced estimating talent. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for commercial plaster projects from start to finish.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
• Develop competitive bids and quantity takeoffs that support successful project awards.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to confirm pricing and scope.
• Track costs and adjust estimates as project details evolve.
• Support the bidding process and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience estimating commercial plaster or related construction work.
• Strong understanding of plaster systems, materials, and the commercial construction process.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid math, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills for precise cost calculations.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple bids.
• Willingness to work on-site in Corona, Riverside County (this role is not remote).
