About the Role
As a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney at Gpac, you will represent clients throughout the complete litigation process, from initial case evaluation through final resolution. With a minimum of two years of litigation experience, you are ready to advance your career representing injured clients and achieving meaningful results.
What You'll Do
- Handle personal injury cases from investigation and intake through settlement or trial
- Conduct legal research, discovery, and case-building activities
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Develop client relationships grounded in clear communication and strong results
- Coordinate with investigators, medical experts, and support staff
- Maintain current knowledge of Kentucky personal injury law and litigation procedures
What We're Looking For
- At least two years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law
- Active Kentucky bar license
- Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-focused approach to case management
- Collaborative professional who takes ownership of client matters
