What You'll Do

• Execute welding operations using FCAW, SMAW, and TIG processes to join pipe systems and structural components for passenger vessels
• Fabricate and assemble pipe sections according to detailed blueprints and engineering specifications
• Perform fit-up work to align and secure components before welding
• Conduct quality testing and inspections to verify weld integrity and dimensional accuracy
• Read and interpret complex technical blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to maintain project schedules and safety standards
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications accurately
• Experience in shipbuilding, marine construction, or heavy fabrication environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment
