About the Role

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Orthopaedic Specialty Group, you will work alongside our licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality, individualized treatment. Based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, this on-site position centers on supporting patient progress while upholding the clinical standards and culture that define our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a welcoming, professional clinical environment that reflects the practice's core values and goals.
• Plan and structure your daily schedule to ensure consistent, attentive, and high-quality patient care.
• Practice in full accordance with Connecticut's Physical Therapy Practice Act and all regulations that govern how Physical Therapy Assistants may operate.
• Read and follow the company's Policy & Procedures Manual, reviewing it at least once annually to stay current with established guidelines.
• Support treatment plans and contribute to positive patient outcomes as directed by supervising physical therapists.

Qualifications

• Current credentials as a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Connecticut.
• Working knowledge of the applicable Practice Act and the legal scope of practice for PTAs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a patient-focused daily workflow.
• A commitment to professionalism, compliance, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Availability for full-time or part-time scheduling at our Bridgeport location.
