About This Position
A part-time (24 hours) Physical Therapist position is now available. The ideal candidate will split their time between a Skilled Nursing Facility and an Assisted Living Facility within the same location.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in both facilities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working with patients of all ages and abilities
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain confidentiality
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year experience in physical therapy
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and staff
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
