Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pest Technician to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pest control services to both residential and commercial clients in the Houston area.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and assess treatment needs
- Develop customized treatment plans based on inspection findings and client requirements
- Apply appropriate pest control methods, including baiting, spraying, and other treatments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of services provided and client interactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pest control or a related field (experience with Terminix preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Physical fitness to perform tasks associated with pest control (e.g., climbing ladders, bending, lifting)
