Pest Plus USA LLC is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our team across the United States. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver professional pest management services to residential and commercial customers, using proven techniques and modern equipment to keep properties pest-free.
About the Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll be the trusted expert customers depend on to solve their pest problems. You'll apply integrated pest management principles and industry-standard products to address infestations, conduct thorough inspections, and recommend preventative solutions. This is a full-time position requiring reliable transportation and the ability to manage your schedule across multiple customer locations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed pest inspections to identify infestations, damage, and entry points
- Apply treatments using advanced pest control products and equipment in accordance with safety and regulatory standards
- Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to minimize chemical use while delivering effective results
- Document service details, treatment applications, and customer recommendations
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication and reliable follow-up
- Maintain equipment and monitor inventory, reporting needs as required
- Provide customers with the confidence and peace of mind that their pest concerns are resolved
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated and independent, comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients at all levels
- Strong time management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple appointments efficiently
- Reliable transportation with flexibility to travel to customer locations
- Physical capability to perform pest control work, including climbing, bending, and lifting
- Willingness to obtain or maintain pest control licensing as required by state regulations
- Commitment to safety protocols and environmentally responsible pest management practices
