Rafaeli Law PLLC is seeking a driven Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Fort Lauderdale team and help guide injured clients through every stage of their claims. This full-time, on-site role in Broward County is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-moving, high-stakes legal environment.

About the Role

As a Personal Injury Case Manager at Rafaeli Law PLLC, you will own the day-to-day progression of high-value personal injury matters from intake through resolution. You will be the steady point of contact for clients while coordinating closely with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance representatives to keep each case moving forward efficiently in our Fort Lauderdale office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury files from initial intake to settlement or trial preparation.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing clear updates and compassionate support throughout their case.
• Gather, organize, and track medical records, bills, and documentation related to each claim.
• Coordinate with treating physicians, insurance adjusters, and outside parties to advance case milestones.
• Support attorneys with case strategy, deadlines, and preparation of materials for negotiation and litigation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the firm's case management systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a case manager handling personal injury (PI) matters, ideally high-value cases.
• Strong understanding of the demands and pace of an active personal injury practice.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client-relations skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with discipline and attention to detail.
• Must reside in or be able to work on-site in the Fort Lauderdale, Broward County area.
