What You'll Do Greet and assist patients and customers throughout their time in a close-contact retail space Educate individuals on product options, consumption approaches, and safety during each interaction Recommend appropriate, effective, and secure regimens drawn from current product knowledge and stay updated on the menu Contribute to a communicative, positive, service-oriented workplace Help verify accuracy of order deliveries Provide daily operational support to managers so the store runs smoothly and remains fully compliant, including routine activities, upkeep, and resolution of reported issues or complaints Uphold local and state cannabis regulations Keep the sales floor stocked and the store appearance orderly and compliant Maintain required hard-copy files Follow security measures and safety procedures Complete workstation assignments set by management during scheduled shifts, covering front-of-house areas (check-in, sales floor, POS via kiosk/in-store/pre-order, curbside, roll-thru), back-of-house functions (fulfillment, receiving, replenishment, inventory counts), cleanliness and presentation standards, and other duties as assigned. Perform sustained physical tasks for the length of a shift: move throughout the dispensary to help patients and customers, remain stationary when required, communicate with individuals and groups, operate POS, computer, and office equipment/software for word processing, databases, spreadsheets and email, prepare orders by moving products, examine details such as dates of birth or order information, independently transport inventory and materials up to 30 pounds, and position yourself to access materials in storage. Expect a patient- and customer-facing setting that may include outdoor work in changing weather and exposure to cannabis or related allergens.
