About the Role
As a Personal Care Aide in Hollister, you will provide hands-on, day-to-day support to clients in their own homes. This full-time position pays $22–$24 per hour and is open across all shifts — including daytime, evenings, overnights, and weekends — with flexible scheduling built around the needs of both clients and caregivers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Support daily living activities, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and reminders.

- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the Arcadia care team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for every client.
