OnePay is a consumer fintech company that offers an all-in-one financial services platform. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Channel Manager to drive customer acquisition through paid social channels, particularly on TikTok and Meta.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid social, or growth marketing in a B2C, D2C or fintech environment
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Proven ability to run structured creative testing and translate insights into scalable growth strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative teams
