About the Role
As Direct Care Staff, you'll deliver one-on-one support through our Supported Living Services program, helping adults with developmental disabilities build independence, accomplish daily goals, and engage meaningfully in their community. This part-time position offers hands-on caregiving work with genuine impact.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized direct support tailored to each person's specific needs and aspirations
- Assist with activities of daily living and help develop self-sufficiency skills
- Facilitate community participation and social opportunities
- Document support activities and client progress accurately and promptly
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, families, and team members
- Follow safety protocols and established care procedures consistently
