The People Operations Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of core HR operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a consistent employee experience across the organization. This role leads HR administration, people data governance, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle processes, while driving continuous improvement and scalable people operations practices. The Manager acts as a key operational leader within the People function, balancing hands-on execution with process ownership and optimization.
