About the Role

As a Patient Relations Specialist at Bright Light Medical Imaging, you'll be at the heart of the patient experience at our physician-led, multi-location imaging center. This is an on-site, full-time position in Wheaton that blends front-line service, communication, and coordination to ensure every patient feels informed, respected, and at ease from check-in to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients warmly, setting a positive tone for each visit.
• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide patients through their imaging appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling, intake, and related administrative details with care and accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to keep communication clear and timely.
• Uphold a standard of service rooted in integrity and compassion at every interaction.
